Globacom Nigeria and the Finnish phone manufacturer, Nokia have decided to take their long term partnership to a whole new level with the new Glo Mega Deals.
Glo Mega Deals offers subscribers to the GLO network who own a Nokia N8, E7, E6, E5, C3, 1616 or 1800, a bundle of offers ranging from free monthly GLO – GLO airtime and Hi-speed internet browsing.
Depending on the model of your Nokia mobile device, the Glo/Nokia Mega Deals offers a premium plan, a lite plan and a classic plan with special features as shown in the image below


Judging from the offer above, the premium plan for business smartphones like the Nokia E7, is one hell of an offer. 6GB of data for just N7,500 for a 6 month (180 days) duration is simply amazing. Personally I'm not keen on the monthly free N200 Glo to Glo airtime as their systems have been known to be buggy when it comes to free credit offers like that of Glo BlackBerry Points which I shall be discussing sometime in the future when time permits.
What I love the most about this deal is that, subscribers don't need to buy the devices directly from GLO thereby saving them the high costs these devices go for when acquired through telecom companies.
Sadly these amazing offers are only open to new Glo customers who have been active on the network from the 1st of January 2011.
UPDATE: Two commentators have just confirmed that the GLO MEGA DEAL IS OPEN TO ALL NEW AND EXISTING SUBSCRIBERS. As always Nigerian firms are pretty sluggish in updating their sites :(.
