Office Administrators (Ladies)

Overall Purpose of the position: Provide high level administrative support to the Managing Director and Sales & Admin Manager by performing routine clerical and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work closely with the MD and the Sales and Admin Manager.
· Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications as required.
· Maintain effective filing and retrieval systems in the office.
· Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
· Draft, prepare, distribute and follow-up on various correspondence.
· Maintain effective communication between Departments and other stakeholders for mutual understanding and image positioning
· Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
· Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
· Participate in other activities/ duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Educational Qualifications:
· Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/office management/ B. Ed Secretarial Studies
· KCSE overall grade of above C + (English-C + and above).
