JOB TITLE: Head Corporate Planning & Development
A highly structured Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company is currently searching for a well experienced and self motivated Head Corporate Planning & Development
Purpose of the job
Supporting the implementation of the supply strategy and to lead the continuous development of all system and lead complexity reduction programmes to improve focus and gross margin enhancement
Drive new business development and co-ordinate market research activities for trend detection and behavioural changes.
Job requirement

• A graduate in Economics, Business Administration or related Sciences with MBA Certificate
• Proven expertise and skills in FMCG business and company with at least 10 years work experience, 5 years of which must be at a senior management level
  • Strong communication, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills is essential
  • Significant experience in corporate planning is required
  • Carry out effective order management with the goal of perfect orders
  • Delivering continuous cost reduction through cost-effective way of scheduling
  • Expected to conceptualize and develop strategic business initiatives
  • Strong analytical and execution skills
  • Good experience with MS office
  • Excellent communication skills
