Supply Service Manager

JOB TITLE: Supply Service Manager
An exceptional Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company is currently searching for a Supply Service Manager.
Purpose of the job
Responsible for the management of the total supply chain from demand to supply,  to support categories and areas in the growth of net revenues and drive gross margin expansion and improvement of cash management.
Job requirement
  • Minimum of 7 years multifunctional supply cognate experience obtained from a reputable FMCG company
  • B. Sc degree qualified in Engineering or Management Sciences
  • Support the business imperative of ‘speed to market’
  • Manage third party logistics providers and physical logistics processes
  • Set and implement inventory and supply agreements between source factories and commercial unit to optimize and save cost
  • Experience of complex warehouse, transport and stock control procedures, cost & quality
  • Benchmark working practices appropriately to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Finished goods distribution management
  • Import and export of finished goods in west coast business to meet market demand
  • Demand planning in conjunction with sales
  • Implementation and maintenance of robust inventory management systems
  • Building constructive relationships with material suppliers and giving delivery schedules for raw and packing materials
  • Drive sales and operation review sessions to ensure compliance with the company’s standard process
  • Strong analytical and execution skills
  • Good experience with MS office
  • Excellent communication skills
