Induction Process

An Induction programme is organized for new staff to facilitate their understanding of the company's structure and operations. The end of this orientation period marks the beginning of the probation period.
During this period, the new staff's performance is monitored and assessed on a monthly basis and confirmation of employment is based on a satisfactory performance (against performance indicators) and the receipt of satisfactory references.
