MEP Engineer
We seeking highly motivated professional engineers, who are interested to join a well-established interior design firm in Taipei, and be responsible for infrastructure implementation, MEP, Fire Safety, and MEP as related to INTERIOR design and construction projects. The following qualifications are preferred:
1. An undergraduate degree in a related engineering fields ( mechanical, electrical, etc.).
2. 3 to 5 years of practical experience as a site or project engineers, with experience in dealing with MEP, Fire Safety, HVAC, equipment rooms on a construction job site.
3. Any related professional certifications are desirable.
4. Familiarity with Taiwan local laws and regulations governing these aspects of facilities engineering.
5. A strong desire and interest to be a part of the interior construction field.
6. Good Coordination and Communication (verbal and written) skills are required. Bilingual Chinese and English skills are desirable.
7. Leadership capabilities, as you may have an opportunity to direct an engineering team
8. Resourcefulness and Responsibility oriented
9. A commitment to getting the job done, and ability to work overtime as required.
10. An ability to travel within Taiwan and to other countries in Asia.
